Kchuch restaurant, well known to locals and tourists for its unique flavor, was opened in 2016 thanks to the efforts of Varda Avetisyan and her team. In a short time, they managed to get high praise from visitors and become popular.
In addition to unique and delicious dishes, “Kchuch” offers various master classes, in particular, a master class on traditional Armenian dolma.
The purpose of the master class is to show guests how to cook dolma, as well as to give them the opportunity to cook and taste it with their own hands. We will cook one of the dishes of the national cuisine – dolma with grape leaves. The entire cooking process is done by the participants together with our chef, and at the end the dish is cooked in a wood-fired oven.
