(EN) Day 2/Yerevan Sightseeing Tour

(EN) After having some rest, we will have an unforgettable sightseeing tour in Yerevan. This ancient city is 29 years older than Rome. We will start walking in the most pleasant Republic Square with Government buildings, History Museum and Marriott Hotel surrounding it. In the evening, we can enjoy the colorful singing and dancing fountains. In case of desire, we can visit a jewelry gallery, where we can buy
exclusive jewelry. The jewels presented are executed in a single copy and are unique. Walking up one of the oldest streets in Yerevan – Abovyan Street – we will appear in the richest avenue in Yerevan – the Northern Avenue with many brand shops, luxurious cafes and restaurants. Our next stop – the Opera and Ballet House and the Swan Lake – face the Northern Avenue. Afterwards, we will enjoy our time in the fascinating weather of the sunny Yerevan while walking around Cascade Monument. If we walk up the “huge staircase” of 500 meters’ height and 50 meters’ width, we can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the city with the spectacular Opera House, Mount Ararat as well as the view to the whole city. Visit the Blue Mosque in Yerevan - 18th century Shia Mosque. After that we will visit Ararat Brandy Factory. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan. (B/-/-)

(EN) Day 3/Yerevan – Tsaghkadzor – Lake Sevan – Dilijan

(EN) After breakfast at the hotel we will start our tour from Tsaghkadzor City (translated as valley of flowers) which is considered to be one of the most popular winter resorts of Armenia. It is one of the places of our mountainous country, where the beauty of the nature appears with its whole variety. Tsaghkadzor is situated in Kotayk region, 60 km north from Yerevan, on the eastern slope of Teghenis Mountain, surrounded with virginal woods and alpine meadows. In Tsaghkadzor, the popular ski resort of Armenia, there is a chairlift with 5 stations and more than a dozen ski runs. The arm chaired ropeway of Tsaghkadzor is located on the eastern slope of Mount Teghenis 1966-2819 m above sea level. It has been functioning since 1967. From the height of 2819 m, where the speedy chairlift will take you in 32 minutes, all of Armenia is visible at a glance, and if weather is clear, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mount Ararat.Our next stop is Lake Sevan. The fascination and the "pearl" of mountainous Armenia is Lake Sevan, which is one of the world's greatest high altitude fresh-water lakes. It is about 1900 m above sea level. The lake is of volcanic origin and is surrounded with mountains of 3000 m and higher. The beautiful landscape and the crystal water serve nice preconditions for excellent rest.The lake is also famous for its peninsula and medieval church complex, built in 874. Driver to Dilijan. (EN) Day 4/Yell Extreme Park

(EN) After breakfast at the hotel we will drive to Yell Extreme Park. Being located in the heart of the astonishing Yenokavan mountains Yell Extreme Park is a real paradise for those who want to combine adrenaline and eco-environment. Park offers more than unusual and creative activities and is recognized as one of the most unique amusement parks of the region. Here are the services provided by the park: zipline, off-road, horseback-rising, via ferrata, rope park. Overnight at a hotel in Dilijan. (B/-/-)

(EN) Day 5/Dilijan – Lake Parz – Yerevan (Vernissage Souvenir Market, GUM Market)

(EN) After breakfast at the hotel we will drive to Lake Parz. The laek is formed by springs. The length is 300 m, the width – 100 m. Average depth is 3 m, approximate – 10 m. The surface of the lake is 0,027 m2, mass – 83,8 cubic meters. The lake is surrounded by forests. Water in the lake is transparent, a little greenish. As the forests are very close to the shoreline, the massive trees, leaning to the lake, are reflected in the water. The name “Parz lich” literally means “clear lake”. There are many cozy restaurants and cafes in the area of the lake where you can spend your time, ride horses or organize a family picnic. This site is one of the most famous natural landmark of Dilijan. Proceed to Yerevan and stop for shopping. At Vernissage we can buy memorable souvenir, at GUM Market we can find some fresh fruits and vegetable and dried fruits. Overnight at a hotel in Yerevan. (B/-/-)
